Juventus duo Douglas Luiz and Alisha Lehmann could be playing at different clubs next season after the former was linked with a Premier League return.

According to Calciomercato, Newcastle United's Sandro Tonali could head to Juventus and midfielder Luiz could go the opposite way as part of a swap deal this summer.

Football power couple Luiz and Lehmann left Aston Villa for Juventus last summer but while the Swiss has enjoyed her time there, the Brazilian is not getting much of a look-in. And the partners may be playing in different countries next season if these rumours come to pass.

Luiz has made 22 appearances for Juventus since his £42 million ($55m) move less than a year ago but just six of those have been in the starting XI. As a result, he may well be minded to seek pastures new. It is unclear if Newcastle would also want to sign Lehmann; their women's side play in the second-tier.
